In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "red365," "we," "us," or "our" refers to red365.co and the entity operating the red365 online gaming platform.
• "Platform" means the red365 website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated gaming products, including casino games, sports betting, bingo, and fish shooting.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any natural person who creates or holds a registered red365 account.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by the Player on the Platform.
• "Wallet" or "Balance" means the PHP-denominated funds held in your red365 account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits granted to your account as a promotional incentive, which are subject to separate wagering requirements and are distinct from Real Money Funds.
• "Real Money Funds" means amounts deposited by the Player using a supported payment method (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) and reflected in the account balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by red365 for account access, withdrawal processing, and regulatory compliance.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to online gambling is legally restricted or prohibited.

By completing the registration process on the red365 Platform, accessing your Account, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or game-specific terms published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and red365. If you are using the Platform on behalf of any organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the red365 Platform, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age;
2. Be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
3. Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information including your legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details;
4. Not be a resident of, or located in, any Prohibited Territory at the time of registration or use;
5. Not be a current or former employee, director, agent, or contractor of red365, or a family member or household member of such a person;
6. Not have previously had a red365 Account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms;
7. Agree to complete KYC identity verification as required by red365 at any time.

red365 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. If red365 detects multiple accounts linked to the same person, device, payment method, or IP address, all such accounts may be suspended and any associated balances may be subject to review and potential forfeiture, as permitted by law.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your red365 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

red365 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You agree to notify red365 immediately via live chat or by writing to [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your registered personal information up to date and accurate at all times;
• Ensuring that no person under 21 years of age has access to your Account or is able to use your device to access the Platform;
• Monitoring your account activity and reporting any discrepancies or unauthorized transactions promptly;
• Complying with all applicable Philippine laws in connection with your use of the Platform.

red365 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where it has reason to believe that the Account has been compromised, that the registered Player is no longer the person operating the Account, or that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms.

All transactions on the red365 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). red365 does not impose foreign exchange conversion fees on PHP transactions.

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

• GCash — instant processing;
• PayMaya — instant processing;
• BPI Online Banking — subject to bank processing times;
• BDO Online Banking — subject to bank processing times;
• Metrobank Online Banking — subject to bank processing times.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may be applied per transaction, per day, or per calendar month, and are displayed at the time of deposit. red365 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.

By making a deposit, you represent that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used and that the funds are not derived from any illegal activity. red365 may conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks on deposits and may require supporting documentation for transactions above specified thresholds.

Withdrawal requests from your red365 Account may be submitted at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• The withdrawal method must match the payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by red365;
• Any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• red365 may impose withdrawal limits per transaction and per calendar month, which are disclosed in the cashier section of your Account.

GCash withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

red365 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to requesting government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending completion of such verification.

In cases where red365 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, withdrawal requests may be withheld pending investigation. red365 will cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, in relation to any such investigation.

red365 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback credits, and other incentive programs to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms and conditions published with each individual promotion.

General bonus rules applicable to all red365 promotions include:

1. Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion expressly states otherwise;
2. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal;
3. red365 specifies the minimum bet, eligible games, maximum bet per round while wagering, and expiry period for each bonus — breaching any of these conditions voids the bonus;
4. Bonuses are not transferable between Accounts;
5. red365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus at any time, including in response to fraud or systemic abuse;
6. If red365 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player has exploited a bonus offer through collusion, arbitrage, or any form of unfair advantage, red365 may void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the Account.

Specific terms for each promotion — including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying games, and wagering multipliers — are published on the red365 Promotions page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All games available on the red365 Platform operate under specific rules published on the respective game pages. In the event of a discrepancy between a game rule displayed in-client and the published game rules, the published game rules shall prevail.

red365's Random Number Generator (RNG) games are sourced exclusively from third-party providers holding valid certifications from recognized independent testing agencies. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published on each game's information panel. Live dealer games use physical instruments (cards, dice, roulette wheels) under professional oversight and camera surveillance.

In the event of a technical failure — including server disconnection, game crash, or miscalculation caused by a software error — red365 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return staked amounts to the Player's wallet. red365 is not liable for losses sustained due to events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connection failure on the Player's end.

red365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes seriously its obligations to protect vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via Account Settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day review period;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them of elapsed gaming time at regular intervals;
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum session or period loss thresholds, after which the Platform will automatically suspend gaming activity;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude from the red365 Platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of total time spent and net gaming position during a session.

red365 prohibits access by individuals under 21 years of age and employs technical measures to prevent underage gaming. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control tools to restrict access to gambling websites on shared devices.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to visit the red365 Responsible Gaming page for resources, or to contact the red365 support team directly. Additional resources are also available through PAGCOR's responsible gaming programs.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the red365 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

1. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
2. Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age, a resident of a Prohibited Territory, or otherwise ineligible under these Terms;
3. Opening multiple Accounts or assisting another person in maintaining multiple Accounts;
4. Accessing the Platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted play programs;
5. Exploiting software errors, game vulnerabilities, or misconfigured promotions to gain unfair advantage;
6. Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
7. Using the Platform to launder funds or engage in any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the AMLA (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
8. Threatening, harassing, or using offensive language toward red365 staff or other players;
9. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software or security measures;
10. Engaging in any activity that constitutes fraud, whether directed at red365 or other players.

All content on the red365 Platform — including but not limited to the red365 name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, video content, and software — is the intellectual property of red365 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, redistributed, published, scraped, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of red365.

Third-party game providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective game titles. red365 provides access to these games under licensing agreements and makes no ownership claim over provider content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, red365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

red365's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

red365 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by red365's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

red365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

red365 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and periodic security audits. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and red365 cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

red365 may share your personal data with regulatory authorities including PAGCOR, financial intelligence units, and law enforcement agencies where required by Philippine law or court order. red365 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

red365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, red365 will provide notice to registered Players via email, in-account notification, or prominent website posting at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where changes are required by law or urgent regulatory requirements necessitate immediate effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of any Real Money Funds in your Account in accordance with Section 6.

The current version of these Terms, including the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page, is the version that governs your use of the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or their breach, termination, or validity, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, Parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players must first submit a written complaint to red365's support team and allow red365 a reasonable period — not less than 30 days — to investigate and respond before escalating to formal dispute mechanisms.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either Party from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief before a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
